Main Street Diner in Auburndale

Friendly diner with lots of history. Going here and to Peeble's is pretty much a Auburndale rite of passage. They recently had renovations and the inside looks really nice. The breakfast is typical, Southern style cuisine.

Little to pricey for the amount of for. But would be great if they make there plates of breakfast just a tad bit bigger. Then it's a 5*.

Yesterday was the first time we've eaten there and the food was good and fresh. The prices were reasonable. Great breakfast and lunch place to eat.

Main street is a very nice place to eat . the food is very good and what I like is breakfast all day long . my favorite . prices here are very reasonable .

Family owned hometown little restraunt which my husband and I frequent often. The food is amazing and so are the employees.

Lots to love and a little to question.Pros: Good food, gracious service, clean but old interior.Cons: The parking, lack of attention to detail and anticipation of needs.Absolutely loved the food. The service was quick and attentive even for a to go order. The seating for to go orders felt like a corral. I have a suspicion its for waiting for table overflow.The food was excellent and well worth the price. When I did dig in though, I was surprised to find sub-par white and rye toasts but the biscuits were great. A note on service, I felt very individual here but anticipation is there but could be much better. I mentioned never eating here so I was handed a menu but not one to take home. I did look in the bags for one and nothing. Missed a step in getting a customer to return.It is hard to find a menu online. There is an app somewhere but I couldn't find it. So the to go menu would have been great. I know its a small thing but attention to detail like that wouldn't go unnoticed.

Love this place!!! Anytime someone asks what I want for breakfast I always say Main Street. They're just so friendly and fast. They really make you feel like part of a family.

I love the service and feels just like home when I take my family to the Main Street Diner. The food is great. You need to try the chips at this place it is great.

Auburndale Main Street Diner is a good place to eat with friendly folks and good food. Their chicken wings are off the chain.

Love coming to eat here. Everyone is friendly. Love for Audrey to wait on us. She’s always happy and extremely friendly and goes out of her way to make sure we are taken care of. Love seeing Lisa back also. Great place and great food. Never disappoints. 🥘

Portions a great and the food is always on point. This establishment is a real gem for Auburndale and I always loved to eat here for lunch with my girlfriends or have breakfast with my family.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work close by. I got to say their service is always great and they keep the place well organized constantly. Pricing is convenient and they serve generous portions.

The food was good and the staff was friendly, but they didn't follow any social distancing guidelines or wear any face masks. They also allowed some patrons to eat inside shirtless and course very loudly and openly to their little children, so I'm not sure if consider it a family friendly restaurant.

We are Spanish and they will not serve us. We walked out. They said good ridden.

This place is great, I love supporting local business, and this one is top notch for me.I had fish and fries. (Fish and chips is one of my favorites) the fish was outstanding, breaded and fried perfectly. The fries actually tasted like they were pulled from a bag in the freezer. For me that's not necessarily bad though, feels a bit more like home. Service was excellent. Price was decent. I wouldn't hesitate to go again. Nice local place.

Always good food. Weather breakfast or lunch, and the staff is super friendly. We go often.

Ate here on a recommendation of a friend and the food was cooked fast accurate and delicious. The staff were friendly patience and understanding with my crew of guys who like to joke around every where were go. I enjoyed the breakfast items. Selection was decent compared to the usual mom and pop breakfast eateries. Next time I'm in the area we are going back to this place.

Staff and servers are really nice and service is great, the food is delicious, filling, good homestyle cooking that'll make you feel warm in your heart!

Go here occasionally with my best friend and everytime we go here I always have a fun time, so yah. Definitely will come back ^^

If they seasoned the homefries,I'd go back.Salt and pepper go a long way...

Great family diner!!! Great food, great service and decent prices all under one roof!!! Some days they can get quite busy but along with the great food come quick accurate food preparation!!! My boyfriend and I usually have a breakfast time meal here at least once a week!!! I work overnights and it's great to get several lunches meals even at 8am!!!

Typical diner fare. Good sandwiches, good breakfast. The waitresses are all as sweet as can be, and always ready to greet you with a smile.
